Diammonium phosphate (DAP) fertilizer phosphorus is the most widely used in the world. It is made of two common constituents in the fertilizer industry, and relatively high nutrient content and excellent physical properties make it a popular choice in agriculture and other industries.
DAP fertilizer is an excellent source of P and nitrogen (N) for plant nutrition. It is very soluble and thus dissolve rapidly in the soil to release plant available phosphate and ammonium. An important property of DAP is an alkaline pH that developed around granule dissolution.
